•Review all information (product data and shop drawings) of material that was being installed in the building for compliance with the specifications and drawings, once reviewed then transmit the information to the Architect
•Oversee warranty work, punch list walk thru, and distribute list to all responsible parties
•Manage the close out process, obtaining all required information and submit to owner and architect
•Create long lead item spreadsheet and tracked item from submitting product for approval to delivering material to jobsite
